Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how this site works.
Is it free to use?
Yes. Browsing SnagDaily and saving deals needs no account and costs nothing.
How does it make money?
When you buy through some of our links, SnagDaily may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. That is how we keep the site free. See the full affiliate disclosure.
Do you sell the products?
No. We send you to the retailer, which handles payment, shipping and returns.
How current are the prices?
Walmart prices come from its catalog and refresh regularly. Each card shows the date we found the deal and the page footer shows when prices were last refreshed, but prices change quickly. The price on the retailer’s site always governs.
Why are Amazon picks shown without prices?
Amazon’s Associates program rules do not let us display Amazon prices or product images without its approved data feed, so Amazon picks link to Amazon where you can see the live price.
Why does a deal have no “was” price?
Sometimes a retailer’s reference price looks inflated. When it does, we hide the markdown and show only the current price. Here is how to spot a fake discount yourself.
Do you track prices or send price-drop alerts?
No. We do not track prices over time and we do not send price alerts. Saved deals keep only a title, link and date in your browser.
What does the heart do?
It saves the deal in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
How do I report a wrong price or a broken link?
Use the options on our contact page. Include the deal title and we will take a look.
